These terms apply to all services and products offered through michellelippert.uk, operated by Michelle Lippert (sole trader), Manningtree, Essex.

By booking a treatment, registering for a workshop or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Services — Treatments & Workshops

Bookings

All treatments and workshops must be booked in advance. A booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation by email. We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion.

Health & Safety

You are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions, allergies or contraindications before your treatment. Michelle Lippert reserves the right to decline or modify a treatment where it is deemed unsafe to proceed. This is for your wellbeing and is not a breach of contract.

Age

You must be 18 or over to book a treatment or workshop, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian who has given written consent.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase, are non-refundable and have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for cash and are not transferable to another person without prior agreement.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Please see our full Cancellation Policy for details on notice periods and charges. A summary:

More than 48 hours' notice — no charge
24–48 hours' notice — 50% of treatment cost charged
Less than 24 hours' notice or no-show — full treatment cost charged

Workshops have separate cancellation terms set out at the time of booking.

3. Products — The Apothecary

Orders

By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) at the listed price. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is out of stock or if a pricing error has occurred, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Pricing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Availability

Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you promptly and offer a refund or alternative.

4. Consumer Rights

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 are not affected by these terms.

For products purchased online you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, subject to the conditions in our Returns Policy. Please note that this right does not apply to treatments or workshops once attended.

5. Liability

Michelle Lippert's liability to you will not exceed the total amount you paid for the service or product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, brand, and product formulations — is the intellectual property of Michelle Lippert and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
