Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy applies to all product orders placed through The Apothecary at michellelippert.uk.

Where we ship

We currently ship to mainland UK addresses only (England, Scotland and Wales). We do not currently ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, or internationally.

Delivery timescales are estimates and begin from the date of despatch, not the order date. We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days of payment being received.

Order processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive a despatch confirmation email when your order has been sent, which will include tracking information where applicable.

Delivery address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect parcels once despatched. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you and may charge for re-delivery.

Failed delivery

If you are not available when delivery is attempted, the carrier will leave a card with instructions for collection or re-delivery. Parcels not collected within the carrier's holding period will be returned to us. In this case, we will contact you and re-delivery charges may apply.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the product and contact us at info@michellelippert.uk within 48 hours of delivery with your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Delays

While we do everything we can to meet the estimated timescales above, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control (such as Royal Mail disruption or adverse weather). If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
