About Michelle

35 years of wisdom. One path of healing.

From a Steiner School education in London to the highlands of Guatemala, from palliative care hospices in North Essex to the plant medicine traditions of Mexico — Michelle's journey has been shaped by a relentless curiosity and deep compassion.

Now based in Manningtree, she brings all of that wisdom into every treatment she gives, every workshop she runs, and every product she creates.

“Michelle's workshop was wonderful.  I loved the balance of written theory, practical exercises and guided meditation.  The room was beautifully set up with everything we needed, as well as flowers and thoughtful touches to make it attractive and welcoming.  I came to the workshop having had terribly disrupted sleep for 10 days running - for the fortnight since the workshop I have slept like a baby.   I left the room feeling relaxed and focussed and I have used the breathing technique since whenever I feel myself getting a little stressed.  The time flew past and I could happily have stayed all day.”

“As everything with you the day was filled with love, warmth and I felt welcomed. The space was set out and prepared with thought and it all felt very comfortable. The written stage was very informative and I found it extremely interesting and will take what I’ve learnt with me. I find the notes we took useful and have been referring back to them. The crystal pendant demonstration was fascinating! Also the meditation was interesting and I’m not sure what happened but I’m sure something did. “I absolutely loved this chakra workshop. It was calming, interesting, and completely different to anything I’d experienced before — such an incredible experience. One of my favourite parts was using the crystal pendant over our chakras and learning how it moved depending on how open each chakra was. I found that fascinating and will definitely be getting one myself to try at home. Michelle explained everything so clearly and gave the perfect amount of information about each of the seven chakras, making it easy to understand without feeling overwhelming. I left the workshop feeling very open and calm, and that feeling stayed with me for days afterwards. I noticed I was more open to things I wouldn’t normally be and felt much more connected to my inner self. I would highly recommend this workshop to anybody — it was a truly beautiful experience.”

"I have 2 older horses: Orlando, who suffers from arthritis and COPD and Skye who is laminitic. Michelle has been treating them both with Reiki for their individual issues and it has helped them both enormously. Watching their reactions to her healing is fascinating. There is never a need to tie them up as they connect wonderfully with Michelle's calm demeanour, in fact they both almost fall asleep during their treatments. I have actually watched them physically rocking back and forth into her touch and even watched them guide her gently to where they want her hands! Its amazing! "Our mini Schnauzer has Idiopathic Epilepsy, which causes him to shake and puts him on edge a great deal. But whenever Michelle came to give him Reiki his temperament changed dramatically. I had been suffering for several days with pain in my left ear prior to my reiki treatment. During the session with Michelle I felt a cool sensation in my left ear as well as a flowing sensation in my lower back. I had the best night's sleep that night and the following day my ear pain was totally gone!
