Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans change. This policy sets out our terms for cancelling or rescheduling treatments and workshops booked through michellelippert.co.uk or directly with Michelle Lippert.

Treatments

We ask for as much notice as possible so that we can offer your appointment to another client.

More than 48 hours before your appointment No charge
24–48 hours before your appointment 50% of the treatment price
Less than 24 hours before your appointment 100% of the treatment price
No-show (no contact made) 100% of the treatment price

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us by email at info@michellelippert.uk or by phone as soon as possible. Cancellations sent by email are confirmed once you receive a reply from us.

Rescheduling made with more than 48 hours' notice is free of charge and subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours are treated as a cancellation of the original appointment.

Workshops

Workshop bookings are non-refundable once confirmed, as places are limited and held specifically for you. However:

If you contact us more than 7 days before the workshop date, we will offer you a credit note to the full value, redeemable against any future workshop or treatment within 12 months.
If you contact us 7 days or less before the workshop, no refund or credit note will be issued.
If we are able to fill your place from a waiting list, we will issue a full credit note regardless of notice given.
Cancellations by us

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment or workshop, we will give you as much notice as possible and offer you:

A full reschedule at no extra charge, or
A full refund if you are unable to attend the rescheduled date

We are not liable for any additional costs you may incur (such as travel) as a result of a cancellation on our part.

Late arrivals

If you arrive late to a treatment, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your session may need to be shortened to avoid affecting other clients. The full treatment price remains payable.
